I use many combinations of materials and emergin mediums in my work. Always focused on experimenting and pushing my comfort zone. Using combinations of mixed media, including found collage, ephemera, drawing mediums, various image transfer methods, printmaking, alternative photography, found object, and assemblage. All work is constructed in layer upon layer, starting with the wood, canvas or found surface.
My artwork is an exploration of the intricate tapestry of our world in constant transformation. Through the powerful language of mixed-media, collage, assemblage, and found objects, I craft a profound narrative that navigates the collective journey in the face of global change. Delving into nostalgia, history, space, place, and the human condition, my work weaves together narratives of global shifts – from climate change and social constructs to migration and technological advancements. Each piece serves as a poignant dialogue, inviting viewers to examine the complexities of our time, while crafting a profound narrative that reflects on our past, contemplates our present, and envisions our future. The collection invites viewers to delve into a thought-provoking rumination on the interconnectedness of our existence and the evolving landscapes of time and space. It is an artistic testament to the dynamic nature of our world and the imperative for collective deliberation and action..
